The Mosquito Killer Trap is the only system that interrupts the reproduction cycle of mosquitoes.
In mosquitoes, those who bite are the females since they need blood to be able to provide proteins to the eggs and thus end the reproduction cycle. It is calculated that a female can lay between 100 and 300 eggs after ingesting blood, being able to make several intakes throughout her life.

The production of Carbon Dioxide and humidity occurs through a chemical process called Photocatalysis.
The photocatalytic reaction occurs when a surface coated by Tio2 (Titanium Dioxide) is irradiated with a certain frequency of ultraviolet light.
The energy of the light excites the Tio2 causing the generation of free radicals that together with the ultraviolet light produce the oxidation of the pollutants and bacteria present until they become Co2 (Carbon Dioxide) and H2o (Water).
Functioning
Mosquitoes are attracted and once they enter the trap they are strongly sucked in by a fan located inside the device. The mosquitoes cannot get out due to the strong draft and die of dehydration after a few hours.
